Creativi-Tea~

I have a fun mug from which to drink tea when I am in a playful mood~
My sweetheart bought it for me and I like the inside sentiment and color!

It is a raspberry color on the interior. The inside sentiment is;

"n. having more creative ability while drinking tea"

Sometimes I enjoy delicate china cups and other times I love a hearty mug of tea.

And I have been creative this week....I made a cover for a small pillow my daughter uses in the small of her back while driving. The pillow was just the right size and shape for a more comfortable drive, but has an image of a Chocolate Lab dog on it.  Plus, the brown coloring just didn't coordinate with her car! lol~ I will post a tutorial on how I made a quick envelope style mini pillow sham this week.

What will you create while drinking tea?

I am sharing this with~

  1. Hmmm . . . what will I create today while drinking tea? Well, mi'dear, today I am planning what to wear to the Civil War Ball this weekend - a bit late on that, I know. September stress fractures got in the way of doing much about it til the last moment. I fear I may have to default to the tea gown I wore to the last ball since I didn't have the time to produce the correct bodice style. However, if I can refashion a top from my costume collection, I may be able to create a different look to go with my taffeta teal and black skirt - hoops to be sure - and new gold dancing slippers to boot! (pun intended)

    No, I shant have such a lovely raspberry interior tea mug as you to ruminate and create with, but I don't doubt I'll find the handle on something inspiring in my tea cabinet.
    (pun intended)

    Wow - I need breakfast - you're my first comment of the day and I'm pretty corny.

    Love ya!

  7. Hello Shawn,
    I like tea in a mug too, many days. All the more to sip, right? I haven't done too much in the way of creating these days. A couple more weeks and I'll be into it more. Thanks for sharing with Tea Time and have a lovely day.

    Blessings,
    Sandi

    I love to create while drinking tea (or hot chocolate!), and today I will be working on a video for my class. Tea just makes it all go so much more smoothly!
