It is almost spring and I wish I was welcoming it with a spring in my step! Instead, I'm taking anti-inflammatory medication and wheeling around the house in an office chair. Ugh! Sciatica! I went to the doctor and he told me to stretch often throughout the day, which hurts like the dickens. Handyman has been running himself ragged waiting on me, cooking, doing laundry. Thank goodness he is here to lift me when I need it because hopping is not my idea of a good time when my other leg is in pain. Today he helped me stand and made the innocent comment, "good thing I'm strong." I looked at him and we both burst into laughter. Yes, my love, and good thing I have a sense of humor because that came out wrong!

I've been dealing with sciatic pain for years...don't wish it on anyone! Unfortunately the dr is right exercise is best...even if it hurts! Glad your funny handyman is there to help! LOL
